Refund policy

1. Return Policy

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it:

Unused

With tags

In its original packaging

You must present the receipt or proof of purchase for the return to be accepted.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return:

Contact us at info@marioteoteddy.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

Once accepted, we will send you instructions and a shipping label to return the package.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case Mario Teo Teddy will cover the costs.

4. Damages and Problems

Upon receiving your order, please check that the item is not:

Defective

Damaged

Incorrect

If any of these situations occur, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sending photographs of the product and packaging. We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

First, return the current item following the return procedure.

Once the refund is approved, purchase the new item.

Additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is ours.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU)

If you are a consumer and the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, without needing to provide a reason.

Items must meet the same conditions as standard returns: unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase.

7. Refunds

We will notify you when we receive and inspect the return and whether the refund is approved.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The maximum processing time for a refund is 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned product or from the date we have proof of return.

Banks or financial institutions may take a few additional days to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received a refund, please contact info@marioteoteddy.com
