This policy governs the shipping and delivery conditions for products purchased through our online store.

Canary Islands: No

Ceuta and Melilla: No

If you wish to place an order to a destination not listed, please write to us at info@marioteoteddy.com and we will assess the possibility of shipping to you.

3. Processing and Delivery Times
Order Processing

Orders are processed within a maximum of 10 business days from payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times (once shipped):

Mainland Spain: 10 business days

Balearic Islands: 10 business days

Europe: 10 business days

These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, product availability, peak seasons, holidays, or delays beyond our control (logistical issues, weather, transport strikes, etc.).

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process and displayed before finalizing your order.

Free shipping  on orders over €200.

Shipments are made the next day except on weekends and holidays.

In the case of promotions with free shipping, this will only apply to the areas indicated in the offer.

5. Shipping Company

We work with companies such as Correos, SEUR, MRW, or DHL, depending on the destination and shipping method.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to check the shipment status at any time.

6. Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete address.

If the package is returned due to:

incorrect address,

recipient's continued absence,

undeliverable due to incomplete information,

the customer will be responsible for the costs of reshipping.

7. Issues and Delays
